I get to handle many minds,
Some very young and many quite old.
But the ones in between are the worst.
These adolescent minds are filled
With thoughts full of Money, Power and Sex.
Touch any of these three & it becomes damn uneasy.
But you see, someone has to do the dirty job
Of telling them where they stand and to guide along,
Alas! Their parents too are the least prepared.
When their lil' kids suddenly become grown ups,
Exploring their bodies or even worse exposing them,
In front of worthless Tom, Dick or Harries.
When I meet these kids, they don't seem to understand,
Sex, Power and Money is good, only in sensible measure.
There is a time for everything & for everyone to experience.
Before it, it becomes a dangerous proposition,
When you kick start your career, it's best to focus on.
What you learn than what you aspire to earn.
In time when your foot's firmly grounded (and your head too),
And your skills are sharpened enough to lead a team through.
Then you can dream of Money, Power and all of it true.
Now coming to the question of sex; it is a debatable issue,
While many of you may have strong one-sided opinions.
Primarily based on cultural, social and emotional orientation.
All I have to say about it is, everyone needs to have a fair education,
Respect your own bodies and mind, before you explore another's.
By learning to love, respect and care for it better in truth.
Only then Sex, will become an act of love for both of you,
Till that subtle realization doesn't dawn upon your young mind.
Don't indulge in casual sex, just because others openly do.
Parents today are the most troubled lot, this I can feel very well,
They lose their peace of mind, the moment their child grows up.
Sit with your child and invest quality time in them.
Help them to understand themselves better,
By being an understanding friend.
Rather than being a misunderstood parent.
