Meditation!

Aum Sai Ram.

He sat in still silence,
Not wanting to be disturbed by none.

As his mental projections exhausted,
There was no movement left within.

His body became seemingly inert like a Tree,
As his breath began to slow down bit by bit.

He was left all alone with himself, in himself,
As all relation to the external world dropped away.

Just like the dry leaves of the tree gets castaway,
In that stillness of spirit, where nothing was everything.

He stayed for long, as if it was a wordless song,
Enjoying every bit of the stillness and silence.

Then a thought rose from the depth of his being,
Creating a small ripple in a still serene pond.

That lil' ripple grew bigger and bigger in it's reach,
Till his breathing got back to where He had left it.

He could now feel the warmth of his body,
And His eyes started moving slowly.

He was once again introduced to the ways of the world,
For His momentary peace was abruptly broken.

By a stray thought which was left uncontrolled.
